2.4GHz Wireless Remote Control Kit (HS1000PT Previous Versions) Installation and Use: 1. Place the camera in a position where the view of the designated area is clear. The camera itself can be mounted be screw in the bottom, but it may limit the amount of clear are viewable by the camera. 2. First, test the camera. This is done by plugging the camera into a wall socket using the adapter provided. The adapter is a 9 volt 1.5 amp adapter. Be sure to separate the antennae on the rear of the Camera from one another. Turn the switch on the back of the camera to ON. The camera should move automatically from one end of its base to another and then return to the center position. 3. The next thing that you will want to test is the receiver. The receiver can be powered in two ways: By the 9 volt, 1.5 amp adapter provided, or by inserting 4 AAA batteries into the rear of the unit. To insert batteries flip the silver tab down, then remove the white plate. After inserting batteries or plugging the adapter into a wall socket, flip the switch on the right side of the receiver to ON. Unless the camera is powered on and on the same channel the device will have static on the screen. Before Using the Receiver: 1. Make sure that the camera itself is switched to on; otherwise the receiver cannot control it. (Change the angle of view; turn the camera on and off without using the switch.) 2. Make sure that the camera and the receiver and set to the same channel. Each channel utilizes a different frequency so no image will be viewable if the channels on the two devices are not the same. 3. When the camera is initially powered on, it does a test for each direction that it can move. Please do not attempt to stop it or change the direction its moving as it may damage the device. Using the Receiver: 1. Flip the power switch to on. The Up arrow moves the camera up, the left arrow left, the down arrow down and the right arrow right. The camera cannot move two directions at once. 2. The “Cam. ON/OFF switch turns the camera off so you do not have to unplug it when are you done using it. 3. The “CHANNEL” button scrolls one channel at a time up to channel 3. After channel three the receiver scrolls back over to channel 1. There is an indicator in the top left hand corner to show which channel the receiver is currently switched to. Hold the button for 2 seconds to initiate the auto scroll mode in which the receiver automatically scrolls through each channel waits 8 second then scrolls to the next. 4. On the right side of the Unit, there are Brightness and Volume controls. Slide your finger up on the “BRIGHT” switch to make the image on the camera lighter or darker. MAX” switch to increase or decreaseSlide your finger up on the “MIN- the volume of the speaker on the front of the receiver. 5. Pressing the AUTO button in the center of the receiver causes the camera to rotate from left to right once then return to the center position similar to the initial powering on of the camera. The scroll can be interrupted at any time during this procedure by pressing the “AUTO” button again. 6. The left side has holes for the DC connector, and an AV OUT hole to connect the receiver to a television or monitor or possibly projector for a clearer picture.

Sun420: Does not indicate power or recording, must be tested before use in the field. Remember to charge DVR 100% before using this product. Video should not have any lines or distortion of any sort. If they do, check that the camera on the glasses is not cracked, dirty or smudged. Also be sure that there is no plastic somehow left from the packaging.

Cam Stick DV3000: Needs a micro SD card to function correctly, not just record. Green light should blink when micro SD card is inserted correctly. Lights should blink when in use and solid when paused. Green light should only blink when the device is idle. The camera is small and very fragile so be sure to clear any debris from it often. This device is easily damaged by the sun or a strong light source. In case it is any further video recorded may have purple spots or will be entirely black. If the audio is too quiet remove the device from complete enclosure.

C6000 Police Camera: Be sure to aim the laser where you want to record not above or below that area. Video may be bumpy depending on the terrain that you are driving on, be sure to mount the camera facing the road and be sure to put it in a position where it can not fall and be damaged. Check to see if the unit is working to testing the laser and recording a sample video before use in the field. Please be sure to insert the batteries correctly. The unit begins to record in night vision automatically provided that light conditions are met.

PRMA128USB/PRMA256USB/PRMA128G: This pen does not have lights. This unit needs to be charged ONLY if battery depleted. Overcharging will cause shortages in the life of the pen as well as its usefulness.

Dv640B/DV1000P :
USING THE CAMERA FUNCTION:

Step 1: COMPLETELY charge the device. DO not remove from the charger or USB port until the device is 100% charged. For best results plug the pen into the charger in a DC outlet and charge until only one light is lit.
Step 2:
Press the top button, the pen should turn on and the yellow light will be on. This means that the pen is on and NOT recording.
Step 3:
Press the button on top. The yellow light should turn off and the Blue light should turn on. This means that the pen is recording. Please be careful not to block the camera, and please do not record in dark conditions or extremely bright conditions. (Example Given: Do not attempt to use this product at night and do not attempt to record things such as the sun with this product. You may damage your pen camera.)
Step 4:
Simply hold the top button to stop recording. The blue light should turn off and the yellow light should turn back on.
Step 5: Press and HOLD the top button for 5 seconds to turn the device off again.

Ffdshow is recommended for viewing these files in Windows Media player.


PREPARATION IN ORDER TO VIEW MOVIES (DV640B Continued)
In conjunction with Windows, when the pen is plugged into a standard 1.1 or higher USB drive, Windows will automatically detect it and install the drivers. Once installed a window with several options should appear, select the option just above the bottom option: Open Folder to view files. If it does not; first locate the drive the pen is plugged in. If the drive is named E:\ Double click drive E:\.
At this point you should see a single Folder named Movie. Double click it, and then double click the Record folder. You now see any videos that you have recorded.

  • Note* you will need ffdshow to view these movies using windows media player.


USING FFDSHOW (DV640B Continued):

Step 1: Firstly download the latest version here: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=53761 & package_id=48261
Step 2: Locate the most recent version (Latest year possible) and click the .exe file. Please be sure not to download the SRC file because that is an open source file, in which case the average user can do nothing with.
Step 3: Save the .exe file and when prompted open and install FDDSHOW.
Step 4: Restart your computer. The program will not function correctly until you do.
Step 5: Hit your windows button on your keyboard. It looks like a flag with four sections. This opens the start menu.
Step 6: Select the All programs option. Then Select ffdshow. Then click configuration. This will open ffdshows configuration for videos, movies or other media.
Step 7: Once the configuration has opened, check ALL of the boxes under the Codecs tab.
Step: 8 Now, check all of the boxes marked Post processing, Picture Properties, Offset, Blur, Sharpen, Noise, Subtitles, aspect and crop Miscellaneous.
Step 9: Now close the program. When you insert your product the next time, open a video in Windows Media Player. You should view the video just fine.

  • If you are switching between modes too often you may freeze the Device. In this case the Yellow light will stay on no matter how many times the button on top is pressed. To prevent this, please use this product with caution: Be sure to turn it on and off correctly, do not pull it aggressively from your PC, and do not use it when the battery is close to dead. If you have followed correct procedure, then you just need to use a thumbtack or pin and press the reset button in the hole under the light indicator.

Watch Instructions (W2GL, W2GD, W2MD, W2MDB, W2MN)
COMPLETELY charge the watch before use.
Hold the Button where 8 is be to turn the watch on.
The center Blue light should be solid, which means the device is idle.

MP3 PLAYER INSTRUCTIONS
Press the 8 button once to start Mp3 Playback; the blue light should blink quickly.
Press the 8 button once more to pause the current Mp3. The blue light should blink slowly.
Hold the 8 Button while paused or playing to stop an Mp3, the blue light should be solid again.
Press the Button where the number 2 is to skip ahead a song (only while the blue light is blinking.)
Hold the 2 button to Fast Forward and release to play at the desired time.
Press the Button where the number 4 is to go back one Mp3.
Hold the 4 button to rewind and release at the point that you want to hear.
RECORDING MODE INSTRUCTIONS
Press the button where 2 is to switch between playback and recording mode, The green button should be solid.
Press the button where 10 should be to record, The green and blue lights should be alternating in blinking.
Press the 10 button again to stop recording, the green light should be solid.
Press the 8 button to play back a recording (Blinking green light), press it while playing a recording to pause a recording (slowly blinking green light), and hold it during a recording to completely stop a recording. (solid green light)
Press the Button where the number 2 is to skip ahead a recording (only while the green light is blinking.)
Hold the 2 button to Fast Forward and release to play at the desired time.
Press the Button where the number 4 is to go back one recording.
Hold the 4 button to rewind and release at the point that you want to hear.
PR1G1:

Hold right until the unit powers on. The light should be red>blue> then solid blue. This is basic standby mode. Press right once, the blue light should blink this is MP3 playback mode. Press right again to stop and the blue light should be solid. Press left again, the light should turn yellow. This is the idle mode for Playback of recordings, press right once, and the yellow light should flash and play back the most recent recording Press right again to stop. Turn the device off then on again, the light should be solid blue. Press Left once the blue and yellow flash together (Green) This is recording mode. Press right to pause recording and right again to resume.
